All of our team members understand our level of commitment on every job and understand the importance of staying on schedule. I will be present and available for every project. I make and maintain the job schedule.

STEP 1.

In our initial meeting we work to understand what the customer envisions for their project and to establish their target level of investment.

STEP 2.

With the information we can provide a budget number that fits the scope of work.

STEP 3.

Once the budget is established, and approved, we will sign a contract that allows us to spend the needed time to get a comprehensive price for the scope of work. It takes hours of work to gather the numbers, but it is also a big commitment of time from the homeowner to narrow down the details of the project.

STEP 4.

The contract price and scope are firmed up after the design phase is completed.

STEP 5.

Prior to the start of work we will provide a calendar for the projected progress during the remodel. We will also lay out a payment plan that is distributed evenly throughout the job.
